The Context

HEXO Change is a transformational change practice founded by Garry Turner, focused on regenerating the human spirit as a foundation for regenerating the planet. The work sits at the intersection of personal transformation and systemic change, helping people reconnect to themselves, to others, and to the larger systems they're part of. HEXO's audience spans tech startups, young leaders, and organizations ready to rethink how they operate. HEXO needed an identity that could feel both disruptive and grounded, technical and deeply human.

The Approach

The concept starts from connection. The logo is built as if assembled from cables linking together, a nod to HEXO's tech-facing audience, while also carrying the idea of diverse shapes coming together to form something new. We developed sub-brands for HEXO Talks (videos and podcasts) and HEXO Events (immersions, retreats, courses). Graphic elements are generated from deconstructing the letterforms of the logo itself. The palette was chosen to be disruptive and young while staying elegant: orange for creative energy, green for nature and connection, purple for intuition and urgency.

The Impact

The identity carries across HEXO's digital presence, event materials, and podcast branding, and laid the visual foundation for the practice that later evolved into Radicality.
