The Context
The Regenerative Leadership Journey is the flagship program of Regenerators, founded by Laura Storm, co-author of Regenerative Leadership and a WEF Young Global Leader named “Worldchanger” by GreenBiz. The Journey is a year-long course that brings together professionals from across sectors to learn from living systems, practice regenerative leadership, and build community. The program moves through seasonal phases, each layering new frameworks, guest speakers, and collective inquiry. It needed visual work that could hold the depth of what was being shared without reducing it to diagrams.
The Approach
We created a series of illustrated graphic facilitations across multiple touchpoints in the Journey, translating course content and community discussions into visual narratives. Each piece draws from the themes of that phase: living systems, interconnection, the role of the leader as ecosystem nurturer. The illustrations sit between art and synthesis, capturing ideas in a way that invites participants to keep returning to them and finding new layers.
The Impact
The illustrations are now embedded in the course materials and community space, and Laura uses them in keynote presentations worldwide.
