The Context
Parayma is a platform for changeworkers and systems change leaders, founded by Nora Wilhelm after years of frontline experience in social innovation. The platform offers mentorship, tools, and community for people committed to shifting paradigms, with an honest emphasis on sustaining yourself while doing that work. Parayma needed an identity that could hold both the seriousness of systems change and the warmth of someone saying: you don't have to do this alone.
The Approach
We built a brand system rooted in clarity and emotional honesty. The core identity, visual language, and guidelines were designed to feel grounded and human across every touchpoint. Beyond the logo, we developed digital templates for social media and presentations, printable materials, and a suite of applications that give Parayma consistency and flexibility as it grows across platforms. Every visual choice was made to help changeworkers feel seen and supported, not marketed to.
The Impact
The identity now carries across Parayma's mentorship programs, workshops, blog, and public events. It provides the visual and strategic foundation for a platform that continues to expand its reach across changemaking communities globally.
